Browser-based tools
Most Toolyma tools process text and files directly in your browser. Unless a tool clearly says otherwise, Toolyma does not upload or store the content you process.
Product analytics
Toolyma records aggregated daily counts such as page views, tool uses, successes and errors. These product analytics do not store raw IP addresses or the content processed by a tool.
Email updates
If you subscribe, Toolyma stores your email address, consent status and confirmation timestamps. We use double opt-in: messages begin only after you confirm your email. You can unsubscribe through the link included in each update.
Abuse prevention and technical logs
To protect the subscription form, Toolyma temporarily stores a one-way keyed hash derived from the connection address for up to 48 hours. The web server and Cloudflare may also retain limited technical connection and security logs under their operational policies.
Service providers
Toolyma uses Cloudflare for DNS, delivery, security and inbound email routing, and Resend for transactional email delivery. These providers process the minimum information required to deliver their services.
